Host your own private movie showing or private event at The Roxy Theatre!

Renting the theater is a great way to connect with family and friends, celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, team parties, bridal or baby showers, corporate events and more! Whether it’s a movie showing with treats included, or an event using our lobby, the Roxy Theatre is a unique location that can offer you an experience that will want you coming back again and again.

The main theatre has seating of 268 and an additional 77 seats in a table style setting in the balcony for birthday parties, company parties or just a great time at the movies.

Birthday Parties during normal operating hours

Fee: $150 for up to 15 people (adults/children) which includes a small drink and bag of popcorn. (No free refills)

  1. The day before your party, please call/email with a final head count. If the number of people exceeds 15, you will be charged either: $7.00 for each individual (no drink or popcorn) or $11 for each individual (drink and popcorn included)
  2. Other parties may follow yours so you must adhere to your time slot. You are able to enter the facility 30 minutes prior to the movie start time. You are required to be cleared out from the theater within 30 minutes of the movie ending.
  3. The Roxy Theatre provides tables and chairs. It is your responsibly to provide party plates, napkins, forks/spoons, decorations if you desire.
  4. Cakes, cupcakes, and other birthday treats are welcome. No other outside food/drinks. If you would like to place an order for Domino’s pizza, we offer medium cheese or pepperoni pizzas at an additional cost.
  5. Concession area will be available during rental time.

Private Party/Event Rentals

Fee: $150 for up to 15 people (adults/children) which includes a small drink and bag of popcorn. (No free refills)

  1. Rental fee covers up to 3 hours. There will be a fee of  $25 for each additional hour.  Each rental has a Roxy Theatre staff member on site.  If another staff member is required due to the size or type of rental, there will be a $25 fee for each additional staff member to work. All cost will be determined at the time of booking.
  2. The day before your party, please call/email with a final head count. If the number of people exceeds 15, you will be charged either: $7.00 for each individual (no drink or popcorn) or $11 for each individual (drink and popcorn included)
  3. If your event has guests who are ALL 21 year of age or older, you may pay a fee of $3 per person to BYOB to our facility.
  4. Cakes, cupcakes, and other treats are welcome. No other outside food/drinks. If you would like to place an order for Domino’s pizza, we offer medium cheese or pepperoni pizzas at an additional cost.
  5. Concession area will be available during rental time.
  6. If renting for a private movie showing, you must provide a DVD of your choice with a running time of 2 hours or less.

Gaming

Time to experience gaming action on the big screen! We offer gaming for up to 4 players at once just like at home, only BIGGER! 

Gaming Rentals:

Fee: $100 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour. (3 hour limit)

  1. Cost of rental covers up to 10 guests. Small drink and bag of popcorn included.
  2. Gaming equipment must be provided by the renter.
  3. Concession area will be available during rental time.

*We encourage you updating your console and stopping in for a trial set up a day or two before your rental.*
